Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain global strategic oversight of modern cloud environments and bridge business strategy with technical execution.
  • •Hold a seat on the IT Board, align infrastructure investments with organizational goals, and manage the comprehensive I&O budget using FinOps.
  • •Direct and mentor multidisciplinary teams across systems (Cloud First), network, telephony, workstations, and onsite IT support.
  • •Partner with local IT departments across EMEA to harmonize technology stacks, share best practices, and drive unified infrastructure standards.
  • •Drive migration to automated, software-defined cloud environments and ensure service availability and governance (Incident/Problem/Change) using ITIL v4, including BCDR plans and DevSecOps security alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 5+ years managing matrixed, international teams across Network and Systems (and helpdesk).
  • •Deep technical and architectural expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (architect-level certifications preferred).
  • •Solid understanding of enterprise networking, VoIP telephony systems, and endpoint management/workstation lifecycle management.
  • •Proven experience managing local and remote teams across diverse EMEA regional cultures.
  • •Expert knowledge of ITIL v4 and Agile frameworks, plus strong financial acumen for budget control and cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
