Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive high-quality content benchmarking across BPO teams and support onboarding/training; manage policy clarifications, calibrations, and arbitration.
  • •Handle content labeling for specific queues, analyze labeled content for trends, and deliver actionable insights to project teams.
  • •Train and improve models using large labeled datasets, including iterative training and reinforcement learning; support data preparation and quality-check training content.
  • •Analyze moderation and labeling data across queues to identify process/market trends and prepare data points for impact analysis and solution planning.
  • •Maintain quality artifacts for the moderation scope and develop technology-enabled solutions to improve individual and team output quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in AI data operation using AI/ML for content quality management, product operations, or analytics.
  • •Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • •Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English, and proficiency in Thai for working with Thai live streaming content.
