Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide CAD/BIM support to engineering projects as an MEP Revit Modeler.
  • •Produce BIM models and detailed engineering designs for MEP work.
  • •Create construction drawings and support multiple active projects at once.
  • •Report functionally to the Team Leader and operationally to the Line Manager.
  • •Use BIM MEP tools and maintain effective workload planning and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience with BIM MEP.
  • •4+ years of production experience in design, drafting, and engineering in a similar role or a strong track record.
  • •Diploma in Electrical engineering is preferred, along with draughting qualifications.
  • •Essential software skills: BIM MEP with AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and Navisworks.
  • •Good English communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior colleagues.
