Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the preparation of cost estimates and cost plans throughout design and construction phases.
  • •Assist in the development, monitoring, and management of project budgets.
  • •Prepare and analyze change orders, variations, and cost impacts.
  • •Review contractor applications, valuations, and payment recommendations; support procurement and tender evaluation including bid analysis.
