Job Summary

Deliver day-to-day water sports program operations at The Red Sea Project, working with senior water sports management, hotel operators, and TRSP operations to provide a world-class guest experience. Ensure activities follow venue-specific SOPs and international rules, maintain and clean equipment and facilities, and inspire guests to try new activities, progress through training, and explore additional watersports. Support reporting, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Senior Water Sports Management to activate tourism assets and deliver the TRSP water sports program for visiting guests.
•Ensure compliance with venue-specific SOPs and ensure activities follow international rules and regulations as required.
•Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment, venue areas, and related assets.
•Inspire guests to try new water sports, progress through training and accreditation, and explore additional activities.
•Apply safety, quality, and environmental management controls; assist with functional reporting (MIS) and continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Work within a multi-cultural team and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
•Communicate effectively in basic written and spoken English, with ability to communicate in a second language such as Arabic.
•Be positive, proactive, outgoing, and approachable with a high aptitude for customer care.
•Be a good swimmer and a team player with understanding of different cultures.
•Ensure safe, consistent delivery by following functional policies, processes, and venue-specific standard operating procedures.
