Sales Support & Administration Coordinator

Support the Account Management team to deliver a seamless customer experience from order processing through onboarding and implementation. Handle customer inquiries and issue resolution, assist with onboarding, billing/invoicing, contract implementation, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Fulfilment. Maintain accurate records and workflows in Salesforce and internal systems, remove roadblocks, and help improve processes to drive efficiencies across the direct client portfolio.
