IP Medical Coder Team Lead

Lead the hospital clinical coding process within departments and the HIS system. In coordination with the Revenue Cycle Manager, implement coding SOPs, guide and mentor the coding team, and train staff on quality and productivity expectations. Monitor work to improve billing practices and revenue, audit IP and OP charts, and track staff KPIs. Ensure work meets technical and patient confidentiality standards, reporting issues and audit results as required.
