Key Responsibilities

  • •Study and review the scope from prior phase ORP input documents.
  • •Develop TORs, CTR estimates, and project execution inputs including MTO in SAP.
  • •Plan and execute procurement activities per implementation strategy and C&P guidelines.
  • •Review telecom deliverables, ensure FEED Office standards compliance, and supervise Quality System alignment.
  • •Manage risks, performance (Cost/Schedule Performance Indices), contractors, handover, and technical closeouts.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Telecoms, Computing, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 15 years in FEED/engineering experience with 10 years relevant Oil & Gas experience.
  • •Proven project management and leadership skills with good business analysis knowledge.
  • •Expertise in planning, communication, and project quality management.
  • •In-depth understanding of IM&T practices, principles, and information and communications technology.
