Job Summary

Support the Head of Advice Development and Distribution leadership by improving how Quilter’s Channel teams operate. Drive continuous improvements to governance, reporting, regulatory workflows, and operational controls, while helping implement and optimize AI-enabled solutions to automate and streamline day-to-day activities. Act as a connector between teams, data, and processes to enhance data quality, strengthen scalability, and deliver measurable adoption and impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Head of Advice Development to help Quilter Channel teams operate effectively through robust governance, policy adherence, and continuous improvement.
•Identify opportunities to enhance processes, streamline ways of working, embed best practice, and evolve operational frameworks beyond day-to-day support.
•Implement, optimize, and develop tools and processes to improve efficiency, including supporting the rollout and enhancement of AI-enabled solutions.
•Improve reporting, governance processes, and operational controls by enhancing data quality and strengthening underlying processes for scalability.
•Coordinate and continuously improve governance and reporting activities, including management information, committee materials, tracking audit actions, and supporting regulatory workflows.
