Job Summary

Drive product marketing for Consumer Products within a Global B2B and Product Marketing team, collaborating with Product Development, Product Management, and Commercialization. Execute go-to-market strategies across existing and new solutions, develop positioning and value propositions, and create enablement content (case studies, videos, demos, toolkits). Use market and performance insights to refine propositions, manage budgets, support campaigns/events, and partner globally with product and marketing stakeholders.

•Collaborate with global and regional product teams to execute marketing strategies and deliver go-to-market assets.
•Drive propositions for Consumer Products, including debit, prepaid, financial inclusion, and sustainability.
•Develop differentiated positioning and customer-grounded value propositions using competitive insights and market trends.
•Create high-impact enablement and thought-leadership content (case studies, videos, demos, toolkits) for regional and local sales and marketing.
•Track and manage marketing budgets, analyze campaign performance against KPIs, and manage agency/vendor relationships to deliver against briefs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Strong ownership and ability to manage complex, multi-market initiatives with clear prioritization.
•Strategic thinking and judgment to simplify complexity into clear, actionable marketing narratives and outputs.
•Deep product marketing expertise, including positioning, value proposition development, and end-to-end go-to-market execution.
