Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead performance and reporting management activities at project level, ensuring reporting meets requirements across all phases.
  • •Own the PRM process and monthly project reporting cadence, delivering timely and accurate reports.
  • •Maintain and continuously develop the EGL1 integrated data model and CDE that feeds reporting dashboards.
  • •Develop and improve EGL1 Power BI dashboards to enhance reporting data visibility and usability.
  • •Contribute to regulatory reporting requirements, including inputs to the annual Ofgem reporting process.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience on large-scale, complex infrastructure or energy EPC projects, ideally with UK transmission/distribution upgrade experience.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders and executives.
  • •Analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate conflicting requirements and deliver actionable solutions.
  • •Familiarity with FIDIC contracts, especially for project controls, reporting requirements, and governance.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI, including experience integrating complex data models from tools such as P6 Primavera, BIM ACC, and FastDraft.
