Key Responsibilities

•Establish and own engagement baseline and core platform success metrics, setting quarterly targets and aligning secondary metrics.
•Define and track adoption telemetry and behavioral metrics to identify where users drop out across the adoption lifecycle.
•Diagnose root causes of missed adoption targets (workflow fit, comprehension, motivation/awareness, structural barriers) and drive recommendations.
•Partner with learning and advocacy leads to measure readiness and active engagement outcomes beyond completion/joining signals.
•Synthesize cross-functional measurement data and deliver ROI/value-realization reporting to executive stakeholders, supporting targeted re-engagement insights.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•5–8+ years’ experience in product analytics, digital telemetry, or marketing growth analytics.
•Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and product analytics platforms.
•Experience designing and measuring user activation funnels and adoption metrics, including PLG metrics (activation, retention cohorts, Sean Ellis-style testing).
•Proven ability to set KPI targets, build dashboards, and run hypothesis-test-and-scale analytics with strong data storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
