Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide PM leadership for larger, more complex projects, ensuring team clarity on deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations.
  • •Prepare and oversee project budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, and track hours and expenses.
  • •Lead proposal development including project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
  • •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost, and change management/control, including risk contingency monitoring.
  • •Serve as the client face of WSP by developing client relationships, providing reporting and updates, and mentoring staff; enforce safety and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience in an A/E/C firm, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting environment.
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role in the industry.
  • •Highly proficient understanding of project delivery processes and experience managing projects across DBB, EPC, and PDB delivery models.
  • •Advanced analytical and organizational skills with business acumen to bridge business and project management.
  • •Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to lead and interact effectively with leadership, subcontractors, and employees across all levels, with QA/QC adherence.
