Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow manufacturing instructions on formula batch sheets using proper compounding techniques to ensure product quality.
  • •Perform product formulation from raw materials, including compounding liquid formulas, preparing emulsions, and understanding water systems (DI, RO).
  • •Operate, clean, and maintain processing equipment; support picking and staging.
  • •Properly label batches submitted to the lab and utilize inventory lot rotation (FIFO) for materials used.
  • •Ensure conformance to Kerry Clark SQF food safety and food quality plans, handling allergen products per allergen control procedures and reporting deviations to management/QA.

Key Requirements
