Job Summary

Provide technical leadership for subsea system engineering activities within the Technical Consulting division. Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of subsea engineering projects to deliver within budget and on schedule, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams such as geoscientists, drilling engineers, and project managers. Develop and review subsea engineering designs and procedures (hardware, flowlines, umbilicals, risers), collaborate with contractors and vendors, and ensure HSE compliance through risk assessments and safety culture promotion.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical expertise and guidance in subsea system engineering activities, including front-end activities.
•Lead and participate in development of engineering solutions for subsea projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
•Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of subsea engineering projects to deliver within budget and on schedule.
•Develop and review subsea engineering designs, specifications, and procedures, including subsea hardware, flowlines, umbilicals, and risers.
•Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring HSE compliance and conducting risk assessments to mitigate hazards and operational risks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, preferably in petroleum, mechanical, or subsea engineering.
•Proven experience in subsea system engineering in the oil and gas industry, including leading subsea projects.
•Strong knowledge of subsea engineering principles, subsea systems, and relevant codes and standards (e.g., API, ISO).
•Proficiency using subsea engineering software tools, including subsea design and analysis software.
•Ability to lead planning, scheduling, and execution of subsea engineering projects while managing priorities and deadlines.
