Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of Global Network Banking customers across Europe, ensuring excellent service delivery and operational discipline.
  • •Coordinate servicing needs across credit & lending, cash management, and global trade solutions in collaboration with Global Relationship Managers/Bankers and specialist teams.
  • •Maintain active client calling, record call reports/interactions in the Client Management Experience (CME) tool, and develop strategies for superior customer service.
  • •Monitor credit risk, analyze management information, and manage financial crime risk throughout the client lifecycle.
  • •Complete Customer Due Diligence (CDD) including FCRR and KYC, prepare CDD Risk Support Statement, escalate red flags, and report operational risk breaches per local procedures.
