Key Responsibilities

  • •Import and analyze data from plant ERP systems to calculate updated direct labor, material, and overhead rates.
  • •Benchmark costs against historical results and industry standards to ensure accuracy and reasonableness.
  • •Collaborate with plant Supply Chain Management and Operations teams to finalize cost standards daily, monthly, and for annual full cost roll.
  • •Implement and maintain uniform costing methodologies and ensure compliance with Eaton Financial Policy and corporate guidance.
  • •Analyze material price variance and other standard vs. actual comparisons to support business decision making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in cost/Manufacturing accounting.
  • •Strong manufacturing accounting background and solid understanding of financial accounting systems.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of corporate financial policies, procedures, and systems.
  • •Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
