Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment and floor set updates.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and ensure strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Assist with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to keep operations efficient.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • •Ability to lift/push/carry up to 10–15KG and safely perform physical tasks such as climbing up/down a ladder.
