Key Responsibilities

  • •Review bids and prepare sunshine letters, surety bonds, and invoice preparation materials.
  • •Deliver continuous excellence in servicing an existing book of clients and prospects.
  • •Collaborate with Edmonton and Calgary leaders to support construction advisory service and solutions.
  • •Identify client and prospect needs and develop innovative, cost-effective surety solutions.
  • •Ensure procedures, internal client files, and correspondence comply with Aon audit standards; review and revise surety facilities and support account team oversight and client service plans.

  • •Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
  • •A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
