Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical engagement lifecycle from current-state assessment and target architecture to migration strategy, solution scoping, delivery governance, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Steer data modernization and migration by defining roadmaps, sequencing, and cutover plans and making key architecture and tooling decisions.
  • •Lead stakeholder alignment by partnering with engineering and architecture teams and executives to secure architecture decisions and align on KPIs.
  • •Translate business and data requirements into technical delivery plans, including target-state architecture, data models, resourcing, timelines, and success criteria.
  • •Govern execution hands-on by running delivery cadence, reviewing designs and code where needed, tracking KPIs and risks, managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring delivery quality.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years in hands-on data delivery roles, including 2+ years leading data modernization or migration programs.
  • •Strong hands-on expertise in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Solution Architecture, including data modeling and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • •Proven experience steering legacy-to-cloud re-platforming, including decommissioning legacy systems, data validation, and cutover management.
  • •Expert technical scoping and estimation to assess legacy estates and design cost-aware migration and modernization approaches.
  • •Fluent English and strong communication to align technical goals and influence architecture decisions across executive and technical audiences.
