Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and entering them into the point-of-sale system. Serve orders promptly and professionally, check back to ensure satisfaction, and handle guest questions or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, process payments, and follow health and safety and sanitation practices to ensure a great dining experience.
