Key Responsibilities

  • •Align teams using working prototypes, user flows, or high-fidelity mockups and choose effective communication methods.
  • •Identify potential usability pitfalls early and improve usability to resolve them.
  • •Lead complex design challenges and balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Success, Sales, and Product Marketing) to find alignment.
  • •Conduct or apply user research, gather feedback, and use data to validate design decisions while improving consistency and scalability.
