Job Summary

Implement and enhance airline middleware messaging connections for Collins Aerospace’s CAS Messaging services. Configure and test software applications and services using Java/JavaScript, and support customer implementation and migration activities. Collaborate with engineering, program management, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders, and deliver reliable routing between airline message services and customer end systems. Participate in on-call rotation for service support.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure software applications and services using Java/JavaScript for airline middleware messaging connections.
•Implement, modify, configure, test, and document messaging connections and routing between CAS services and customer end systems.
•Manage multiple global customer implementation and migration projects/tasks.
•Troubleshoot customer issues with the operations team and provide written responses to questions.
•Provide technical advice to internal sales, product, and service delivery teams and participate in on-call rotation.

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
•Experience in a similar role, supporting messaging implementations and customer projects.
•Experience with messaging systems, protocols, and messaging formats such as Type B and ICAO.
•Project management skills and ability to manage customer-facing implementation and migration work.
•Strong communication and organizational skills to work independently in a cross-functional, international environment.
