Job Summary

Manage and secure enterprise PeopleSoft FSCM production and non-production environments, ensuring high availability, peak performance, and data integrity. Own the PeopleSoft infrastructure-to-database bridge, including WebLogic/Tuxedo app servers, environment cloning, Linux/Oracle administration, and backup/recovery and disaster recovery with RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle RAC. Automate operations with shell/Python, administer Phire ALM release automation, and support 24/7 production operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, install, configure, tune, and monitor WebLogic Web Servers, Tuxedo application servers, Open Search, and batch/process scheduler servers.
•Ensure PeopleSoft high availability and performance by administering PeopleSoft environments, database installs/patching, performance tuning, and structural changes across production and non-production.
•Design and implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery using RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle RAC; maintain database servers with automated cloning, exports/imports, and environment refreshes.
•Administer release automation with Phire ALM for migrations, version control, change requests, automated deployment auditing, and periodic application upgrades.
•Bridge infrastructure/application security by managing PeopleSoft integration servers and secure REST/SOAP services, running audits (DDDAUDIT/SYSAUDIT), applying Oracle critical patch updates, and supporting 24/7 on-call operations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of dedicated PeopleSoft Administration and Database Administration experience.
•Deep hands-on experience with Phire ALM for migrations, tracking, and compliance.
•Experience with PeopleTools 8.61/8.62+, including Fluid UI, Integration Broker, and PUM.
•5+ years administering Oracle AI Database 26ai/23ai/19c, including Oracle RAC, RMAN, and applying Critical Patch Updates (CPU/RU).
•Deep knowledge of Linux and Windows Server architecture, plus hands-on administration of OCI or AWS cloud services linked to on-prem.
