Job Summary

Lead client acceptance initiatives for Risk Solution Services by aligning strategies around automation and retention. Key Responsibilities

•Drive client acceptance using relationships and strategies aligned with Risk Solution Services goals, automation, and retention objectives.
•Use BI tools to highlight client ROI and align acceptance and fraud KPIs with Risk Solution Services objectives while meeting contractual reporting requirements.
•Optimize client acceptance through increased automation and machine-learning models, with efficient manual review and reduced reliance on rules.
•Maintain working knowledge of Visa and partner integrations, order/technical flows, and support resources to deliver effective solutions.
•Participate in pre-sale and proof-of-concept engagements to evangelize Risk Solution Services and Managed Services, while communicating clearly and influencing internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
•Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, or at least 5 years with an advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, JD, or MD).
•Demonstrated experience in payment risk mitigation, fraud detection strategy optimization, and fraud analytics across banking, payments, or financial services.
•Hands-on experience with fraud detection systems, rule management, and real-time transaction monitoring (e.g., SAS Fraud Management, FICO Falcon, VRM, VCAS).
•Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java (or similar) for data analysis, machine learning, and algorithm development, plus experience with BI tools (Power BI, SAP BO, QlikView, Excel).
