Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal.
  • •Own contract management/administration actions on proposals and contracts across the acquisition life cycle as a member of the PMO.
  • •Develop and respond to RFPs/BAAs, perform contract negotiation and administration, and manage NDAs and agreements (CPFF, FFP, FFP-LOE, OTA).
  • •Interface with customers for correspondence, contractual changes, and contractual issues.
  • •Investigate and resolve contractual matters, providing advice on rights/obligations, regulations, and policy/procedure; work with DCMA/DCAA on government contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience (or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years).
  • •Experience working in Contracts, Subcontracts, Procurement, Estimating/Pricing, or Finance.
  • •Experience with US Government Contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS).
  • •Experience as a contracts lead and/or leading contracts negotiations.
  • •Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance is required prior to start date (with ability to obtain program access).
