Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design validation, integration, and deployment of the Guardian Mobile Solution from contract award through to go-live and live service.
  • •Partner with the Customer's IT and Infrastructure leads to securely integrate the Guardian Mobile system into their complex environment architectures.
  • •Capture customer operational requirements and translate them into robust, high-availability technical system configurations.
  • •Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation relating to system level designs, implementation patterns, and interfaces.
  • •Work closely with the Guardian Mobile product engineering team to ensure new infrastructure requirements, features, and platform integrations align with project designs.
  • •Act as an internal and external technical point of contact for systems engineering, liaising confidently with customers and third-party suppliers.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •A formal qualification (First-Class or 2:1 Degree) in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Systems Architecture, IT, or a highly relevant engineering discipline
  • •Ability to obtain NPPV3 and SC security clearance (requires UK residency for a minimum of 5 years)
  • •Core Systems Engineering Knowledge (System Level Design, Networking Principles, Microsoft Server Ecosystem, High Availability/Clustering, Database Microsoft SQL Server, Cloud Architecture)
  • •Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; Agile & DevOps mindset
  • •Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and secure system integration practices
