Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center and plan production for a full working shift.
  • •Fully manage site facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency, conduct root cause analysis, and execute action plans with site leadership.
  • •Run weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership, reporting performance versus targets and countermeasures.
  • •Guide daily site manager huddles, support continuous improvement projects, and provide regular competency-based feedback for Reconditioning Lead/Manager development.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to lead a team of 50+ associates and develop employees.
  • •Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
  • •Open to relocation, ideally nationwide but at minimum regionally (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast).
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years, and ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
