Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital government training and upskilling platforms in Jordan. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and stakeholder alignment through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization—while partnering with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and data. Work directly with Jordanian government entities to gather requirements, ensure regulatory/compliance and localization readiness, and drive product success using metrics and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for government training and capacity-building initiatives in Jordan.
•Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and stakeholder alignment through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.
•Partner with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and data teams to ensure scalable, compliant, high-quality execution.
•Engage with Jordanian government stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage expectations.
•Ensure products meet local regulatory, compliance, and localization requirements across public-sector entities.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Product Management with proven ownership of complex digital or platform-based products.
•Experience working with government, public-sector, or regulated environments in Jordan or the region.
•Experience in training, education, workforce development, or EdTech platforms.
•Strong product ownership and prioritization skills in complex, multi-stakeholder government environments.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with non-technical and public-sector audiences.
