Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with strategic enterprise customers to implement Cinder and transform platform safety.
  • •Drive adoption of user protection measures at major internet platforms.
  • •Diagnose and rapidly solve customer safety problems with technical and strategic solutions.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on Cinder’s platform and Trust & Safety practices for customers and industry/government agencies.
  • •Address technical challenges or collaborate with engineering and product teams to hand off projects; partner with Customer Success to triage and prioritize feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
  • •You’ve previously worked as a Forward Deployed Engineer, software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or similar in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • •You have firsthand experience with safety engineering and/or safety operations.
  • •You’ve partnered with large enterprise customers to deploy technical solutions at scale, ideally as an early technical hire at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • •You can collaborate effectively with enterprise-level customers and navigate complex organizational structures.
