Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure and lead complex projects working directly with a Managing Director.
  • •Lead complex analytical programmes and produce high-quality written deliverables and insight-driven recommendations.
  • •Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through refinement and validation with senior colleagues and clients.
  • •Lead case teams day-to-day, including workload planning, delegation, coaching, and development of junior colleagues.
  • •Lead and support business development by identifying opportunities, developing thought leadership, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
  • •10+ years’ relevant experience in a Strategy, Management Consulting or a related advisory environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex client engagements and major strategic programmes.
  • •Proven track record of leading consulting teams and delivering high-quality client outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, and stakeholder management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
