Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Finance Operations team with month-, quarter-, and year-end closes under HGB and IFRS, taking ownership of selected tasks.
  • •Process the digital finance mailbox and ensure complete invoice intake via interfaces into the Vendor Invoice Management System.
  • •Assist payment processes, create cash management evaluations, and support regular reporting using modern BI tools.
  • •Support account and intercompany reconciliations and statutory reporting, e.g., Bundesbank statistical reports and withholding tax reporting to Künstler­sozialkasse.
  • •Help optimize finance processes, standards, and digital workflows while contributing to high data quality.
