Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new-customer follow-up, and referrals.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
  • •Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or military service in an administrative/contracting/civil affairs role.
  • •Background check requirements including providing fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking/financial services or business-to-business sales.
  • •Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
  • •Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, and consumer/business lending; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
