Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead preparation and reporting of timely, accurate financial information in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, Group accounting policy, and regional requirements.
  • •Maintain and strengthen the internal financial control environment to ensure reliability of financial reporting.
  • •Oversee budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning; review and challenge business-unit assumptions to validate risks, opportunities, and performance expectations.
  • •Ensure consistent application of accounting standards and company policies across the region, with focus on revenue recognition, contract accounting, and project financial integrity.
  • •Coordinate compliance with audit, SOX, tax, statutory, and other regulatory requirements; support statutory accounts, tax filings where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience, preferably leading a large finance team in professional services or an industry environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • •CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • •Strong technical accounting knowledge across revenue recognition, contract accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • •Experience preparing, reviewing, and presenting financial analysis and performance commentary to senior stakeholders.
