Job Summary

Manage complex healthcare construction projects in Scotland end-to-end, administering NEC4 contracts and coordinating multiple AECOM services across all project phases. Work mostly independently, providing stakeholder management and maintaining accurate project records. You’ll lead through the RIBA lifecycle with a strong understanding of NHS Scotland governance, compliance, and process requirements, joining AECOM’s growing Project and Cost Management team in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage complex healthcare projects within Scotland, administering the NEC4 suite of contracts.
•Coordinate and manage projects involving multiple services provided by AECOM.
•Manage all project phases from beginning to close out.
•Maintain accurate project records (paper and electronic).
•Apply stakeholder management processes and support NHS Scotland governance, compliance, and process requirements.

Key Requirements

•Proven construction project management experience in a consultancy or client organisation setting, including supporting and leading construction projects.
•Pre- and post-contract design and project management expertise across the RIBA lifecycle.
•NEC4 contract administration experience, with NEC 3/4 accreditation preferred.
•Strong communication, organisational, and robust stakeholder management skills.
•Academic qualification ideally a Master’s Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, plus Chartered status with RICS/CIOB/RIBA/ICE/APM or equivalent.
