Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver project management services to lead projects on time, to required quality, and within allocated budgets, acting as primary client interface.
  • •Manage project budgets and finances, including invoicing, cash collection, and forecasting using Oracle ERP.
  • •Ensure client outcomes and utilisation targets are met, including corrective actions and regular performance/output reviews with the Project Director.
  • •Maintain strong relationships and communication with clients, stakeholders, colleagues, project teams, and internal staff at all levels.
  • •Produce project reports, presentations, and documentation, and direct the development and deployment of project control and management methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree or relevant experience.
  • •Awareness of project management methodologies across the project lifecycle for successful delivery.
  • •Relevant project management qualification (e.g., APMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or ITIL Foundation).
  • •Experience managing finances, especially on Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • •Ability to lead and mentor other project team members and manage multiple deadlines.
