Job Summary

Own the insurance compliance posture and consumer-protection obligations for a prevention-focused insurer, translating regulatory requirements (IDD, AML/CFT, product governance) into tools, processes, and product design. Lead compliance risk identification and complaints management across France, Belgium, and Spain, support audits and regulatory reporting, and respond to inspections. Partner with internal control, audit processes, and cross-functional teams while helping compliance frameworks scale to new markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate regulatory obligations (including IDD, duty of advice, product governance, and AML/CFT) into operational processes, product design, and tooling.
•Proactively identify compliance risks, assess exposure, and develop mitigating action plans with internal stakeholders.
•Lead structuring and continuous improvement of the complaints management framework across France, Belgium, and Spain.
•Support internal control and audits by mapping compliance risks/controls, defining remediation plans, and monitoring implementation; manage regulatory reporting obligations.
•Support AML/CFT and KYC activities, including second-level analysis, oversight of KYC referents, and coordination with the AMLO and regulatory bodies.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of compliance experience in an insurance or fintech company, with solid coverage of at least two of: AML/CFT, insurance distribution (IDD), complaints handling, and regulatory reporting.
•Solid understanding of the French insurance regulatory framework and ability to work across EU/local requirements.
•Proven ability to lead compliance projects cross-functionally by translating regulatory requirements into clear priorities and delivering without bottlenecks.
•Bilingual French/English (written and spoken).
•Experience leading compliance work involving international exposure is a strong plus.
