Job Summary

Design, deploy, and support endpoint security solutions to monitor and protect systems and data, working within Visa’s Cybersecurity Engineering team. Lead implementation and tuning of technologies such as EDR, antivirus, application control, privilege management, and ringfencing across Windows and macOS. Apply GenAI/ML (including anomaly detection and supervised models) to endpoint telemetry for threat detection, automation, and large-scale telemetry analysis, while collaborating globally and meeting SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide direction and support for implementing endpoint antivirus, EDR, application control, and privilege management technologies using a risk-based testing approach.
•Engineer solutions for new threats by leveraging endpoint tools and identifying gaps or new control needs.
•Apply GenAI/ML methods to endpoint telemetry for threat detection; evaluate model performance and drift.
•Design, build, and run endpoint security implementations; create documentation to formalize workstream processes.
•Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders, address endpoint security issues to meet SLAs, and support due diligence and security audits.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
•Experience designing, deploying, and/or supporting enterprise-scale security solutions (3+ years preferred).
•Experience working with or implementing endpoint and network security solutions in an enterprise.
•Knowledge of operating system internals, hardening, and monitoring for Windows and UNIX/Linux.
•Python skills and experience applying GenAI/ML methods to endpoint security use cases, including production-scale LLM/RAG systems.
