Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Working Party team in China and be accountable for team management, safety, development, and performance evaluation.
  • •Oversee performing a Working Party on a delivered aircraft by coordinating Airbus personnel at customer sites.
  • •Establish Working Party files and issue certificates of release for work packages in accordance with EASA/CAAC Part 145 and Airbus procedures.
  • •Serve as Repair Manager for major repairs, overseeing all onsite occupations and subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day WP activities on site, ensure facilities compliance, perform safety risk assessments, manage multi-skilled teams, and maintain ethics and compliance with customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Type training or equivalent experience on AIRBUS aircraft families.
  • •Maintenance experience for EASA Cat C, B1 and/or B2.
  • •EASA licence and/or Singapore CAAS licence are preferred.
  • •Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent education.
  • •5 years in Repair or Maintenance domain.
