Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the strategy for customer onboarding, workspace experience, account management, and other horizontal product experiences.
  • •Partner closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions that drive product-led growth.
  • •Lead architectural decisions to ensure performance, reliability, and simplicity across core user flows.
  • •Hands-on full-stack software development to create dynamic, user-centric experiences.
  • •Drive best practices for engineering excellence, including design reviews, code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimizations.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact.
  • •5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers.
  • •Expertise in Front End or Full Stack development.
  • •Experience designing and building scalable SaaS platforms, onboarding flows, or customer growth-focused product experiences.
  • •Expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern web application architectures.
