•Lead the most complex, ambiguous design initiatives end-to-end—from early exploration through shipped experiences.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, and ML/AI leadership to shape roadmaps and influence business strategy.
•Set the bar for design excellence by defining systems, standards, and quality benchmarks at scale.
•Mentor designers through feedback, critique, and knowledge sharing.
