Job Summary

Own Visa’s global SMB benefits proposition by sourcing and managing strategic benefit providers, partnering with regional teams to package and commercialize benefit offerings, and defining the enrollment/management capabilities needed for scale. Drive simplification of sales, implementation, and onboarding processes, develop GTM materials and training for regional teams, and serve as the subject matter expert. Establish KPIs and monitor performance across global and regional benefit portfolios.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree such as a Master’s/MBA/JD/MD; or 0 years with a PhD).

•Proven track record developing and executing a product vision based on customer needs.
•Ability to own and manage a dynamic budget across multiple stakeholders in multiple regions.
•Experience managing cross-functional partnerships in matrixed organizations to influence and create roadmaps.
