Job Summary

Drive customer-focused product innovation by identifying and validating high-potential use cases for strategic accounts. Lead discovery, design and execute pilots/test-and-learn programs, and combine Mastercard data assets with Open Finance and external data sources to develop insights. Partner with Product, Engineering, and regional teams to translate pilot outcomes into actionable feedback, measure ROI/adoption outcomes, and create proof points and business cases to support commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead customer discovery to identify high-value business problems and emerging opportunities across strategic accounts.
•Design and execute pilots, proof-of-concepts, and test-and-learn programs to validate customer value and market demand.
•Develop innovative customer solutions by combining Mastercard data assets, Open Finance data, and external data sources.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, and regional teams to translate pilot findings into actionable product feedback and enhancement opportunities.
•Measure and communicate customer outcomes (ROI, adoption metrics, operational improvements, and business impact) and build business cases/case studies for commercialization support.

Key Requirements

•Experience in product management/product development, solutions consulting, innovation, data products, customer success, or customer-facing technology roles.
•Direct experience working with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and deliver technology-enabled solutions.
•Strong understanding of APIs, data products, Open Banking/Open Finance, analytics, AI, or related technology domains.
•Ability to analyze customer problems, structure hypotheses, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of managing complex initiatives through validation.
