Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high production, quality, yield, and ensure the safest working environment possible.
  • •Check daily production orders, ensure every position is filled before line start-up, and oversee processing operations with other supervisors.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to support ergonomics.
  • •Ensure machinery and workstations meet performance standards and pass USDA inspections; promote safety daily and in monthly safety meetings.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, rotation of inventory, proper product coding, and maintain records of reworked or returned product; support continuous quality education.
