Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the team to exceed quality objectives and deliver food items to the highest standards.
  • •Maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards and keep your designated section clean, including equipment and fixtures.
  • •Prepare mis-en-place as required, support receiving deliveries, and clear down/clean at end of duty.
  • •Ensure foods are served and prepared to correct temperatures and that items are labeled and dated per local law and company regulations.
  • •Follow legal/statutory safety responsibilities and comply with wasl DG Information Security policies, including reporting any breaches/events.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a similar position in a 5 star property for at least 1 year.
  • •Fluency in spoken English.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •College or school diploma preferred (not required).
  • •Ability to demonstrate required personal hygiene and performance standards.
