Human Factors Engineering and Flight Deck Specialist

Own end-to-end Human Factors Engineering for user-centered workstation and HMI design across military air platforms, including cockpits, flight decks, mission consoles, and ground control stations. Apply classical, cognitive, and environmental ergonomics criteria throughout the system lifecycle—from early concept analysis to entry into service—performing mission/task/workload and human error analyses. Develop and validate HMI prototypes (HW/SW), run V&V activities, and support human factors qualification and certification.
