Job Summary

Own QHSES Assurance by interpreting internal and external business issues and recommending best practices. Solve complex QHSES Assurance problems independently, and may lead functional teams or projects. Plan and oversee audits, continual improvement, gap analysis, evidence and documentation, and support external certifications and surveillance audits. Track KPIs/QI trends, set targets, follow up on compliance, and deliver quality training and customer satisfaction survey support.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and review procedures and work instructions, including revising standard manuals and supporting management review meetings and external surveillance visits.
•Develop and monitor area audit plans and perform/coordinate external surveillance audits with extrinsic auditors, including gap analysis and evidence/documentation presentation.
•Assist in managing continual improvement by setting targets, tracking audit feedback effects, instituting preventive measures, and executing continuous improvement projects.
•Oversee KPI/QI and performance quality processes using global trend analysis to set targets, plan improvements, and verify compliance follow-up.
•Coordinate preparation for external certifications/awards, deliver quality training and materials for new employees, and support customer satisfaction surveys.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
•10+ years of relevant experience related to EPC construction and fabrication.
•ISO Auditor training for 9001, 14001, and 18001 (internal auditor for globally recognized Quality Management Systems).
•Ability to act as a team leader in addition to working as a team member.
•Strong analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills, including written and spoken presentation skills.
