Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review procedures and work instructions, including revising standard manuals and supporting management review meetings and external surveillance visits.
  • •Develop and monitor area audit plans and perform/coordinate external surveillance audits with extrinsic auditors, including gap analysis and evidence/documentation presentation.
  • •Assist in managing continual improvement by setting targets, tracking audit feedback effects, instituting preventive measures, and executing continuous improvement projects.
  • •Oversee KPI/QI and performance quality processes using global trend analysis to set targets, plan improvements, and verify compliance follow-up.
  • •Coordinate preparation for external certifications/awards, deliver quality training and materials for new employees, and support customer satisfaction surveys.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience related to EPC construction and fabrication.
  • •ISO Auditor training for 9001, 14001, and 18001 (internal auditor for globally recognized Quality Management Systems).
  • •Ability to act as a team leader in addition to working as a team member.
  • •Strong analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills, including written and spoken presentation skills.
