Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve forecast accuracy using historical sales data and adjust for promotions, seasonal variations, special events, and new products.
  • •Partner with category management, marketing, and operations to align demand forecasts with supply chain capabilities.
  • •Maintain and adjust purchasing tool parameters such as safety stocks and bank holidays to optimize inventory.
  • •Handle supply planning and replenishment for MFCs by creating purchase orders and monitoring supplier delivery.
  • •Monitor and report supply chain KPIs, analyze supply/inventory data, and drive action plans to improve performance and reduce costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
  • •Two years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably Demand or Supply Planning.
  • •Excellent business judgment and strong written and oral communication skills.
  • •Strong ability to analyze and interpret data using critical thinking.
  • •Fluency in English and one local language (Kazakh or Kyrgyz) is mandatory.
