Forecast product demand for Q-commerce micro-fulfillment centers by analyzing historical sales and adjusting plans for promotions, seasonal demand, special events, and new products. Collaborate with category management, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with supply chain capabilities. Own purchasing tool parameters, create purchase orders, monitor supplier deliveries, and track supply chain KPIs to drive cost and efficiency improvements while minimizing waste.
