Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
  • •Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval.
  • •Consolidate contractors' schedules, assess impacts to the critical path, and report schedule variance and deviations.
  • •Apply EVM methodology to measure progress and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience in construction project scheduling/project controls.
  • •Direct experience working in complex matrix environments.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6 for scheduling.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
