Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver health and safety management reports to the client and relevant stakeholders.
  • •Provide project management support across multiple sites as needed.
  • •Ensure the supervised project is effectively managed for health and safety with a strong focus on achieving zero incidents.
  • •Report HSE deviations, accidents, near misses, and related incidents in regular project updates; raise daily safety observations and follow up corrective actions.
  • •Conduct safety and quality control audits and prepare monthly safety assessment reports based on daily site visits and audit findings.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualifications in HSE, civil engineering, electrical/mechanical engineering, or a similar function.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience with HSE projects.
  • •Experience and knowledge of main HSE project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Ability to coordinate with concurrent base building works.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; fluent spoken and written English.
